Once your booking in confirmed the Admin fee of 20% of the total cost of boarding is due within 5 days, if the fee is not paid your booking will be cancelled, this Admin fee is none refundable for any reason including Covid 19 related issue's, unless the country is placed into lockdown, if this is the case then I am happy to move your booking to another date, subject to availability. 
This admin fee will secure your bookming and act as an administration charge.

Cancellations:
For cancellations made within14 days of the arrival date the full boarding fee is payable, this is because we would be unlikely to resell your space.
If your travel is cancelled by your holiday company/destination country please check your travel insurance as this will often include boarding fees.
If you would like to move your booking to another date please call us to discuss.

Drop off/collection:
PLEASE CHECK THE DROP OFF/PICK UP TIMES YOU HAVE CHOSEN ON THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL, IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE THEM YOU CAN LOGON TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND REQUEST A CHANGE OR YOU CAN MESSAGE ME DIRECTLY.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE LATE ON THE DAY PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP.

All arrivals/collections should be made between 1pm - 1.30pm or after 3.30pm Monday to Friday and any time Saturday and Sunday by arrangement, please confirm times on the booking request.

Bank holidays: Bramble Lodge is open all year round, including Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays. We accept guests 7 days a week.

Non collection: If you have not collected yout pet/s within 14 days of the agreed date and we haven't been able to contact you we will arrange to re-home them and any costs incurred will be your responsibility.

Food: If you are providing your pet/s dried food please bring enough for the full stay. We will provide unlimited high quality hay, fresh herbs, vegetables and occassionally fruit. I only provide Burgess Excel Pellets.
You may bring any treats,toys etc to help you pet/s settle.

Vaccinations: I CANNOT board without these been in place. Please allow plenty of time for vet appiontments and two clear weeks after the last vaccination before boarding start date, it's 3 weeks after the new Myxi-RHD Plus vaccine.
I will need to see copies of the vaccination certificates at the time of booking.
 
Illness: The Health of our guests is extremely important to us. We therefore reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any animal that appears to be in ill health on arrival and we feel may put out other guests at risk.
 
Emergencies: If you pet/s become ill or injured while in our care we will attempt to contact you and they will receive immediate medical treament by the veterinary surgeon requested by you on the vet consent form or our vet's which is Animal Trust. Any/all costs incurred are payable by you.
 
Deaths: In the extremely unlikely eveny that your pet/s pass away we will contact you to make arrangement's, unless otherwise instructed, any costs incurred are payable by you.
All pet's staying at Bramble Lodge are left at the owners risk and we will not accept responsinbiliy should you pet become ill or pass away.
